Shipwreck

Every year, TEP goes all out for its biggest party: Shipwreck. From Thursday to Saturday, the whole TEP House transforms into and island-esque scene. Fences and tiki huts are crafted out of bamboo and twine, and pirate flags and banners wave proudly. The nights consist of parties that feature different bands each night. Past Shipwrecks have included some big name bands and artists such as: Soulja Boy, Trinidad James, Roscoe Dash, Travis Porter, Young Joc, Gorilla Zoe, and Sheck Wes. One of the longest running parties at UGA, Shipwreck is always a crowd pleaser. In 2007, Sports Illustrated named Shipwreck the best fraternity party at Georgia.

Tailgates

The traditions of Georgia football are so rich, they almost go without saying. But gameday in Athens wouldn't be complete without Tau Epsilon Phi. TEP tailgates make Saturdays special even before the Dawgs set foot on the field. Every home game, TEP families, friends, and alumni convene at the TEP house for music, cornhole, football, and Tyrone's famous fried chicken. There's no better way to spend your Saturday morning.

We invite you to join us at the TEP house next time the NATIONAL CHAMPION Dawgs are playing "between the hedges." The highlight of our weekend is always welcoming back alumni and friends to reconnect with. We hope to see you soon, and Go Dawgs!

If you want to purchase a parking pass for a spot at TEP email tepnu@gmail.com.

Formal

forma.webp

Brothers have a blast every January when TEP makes the annual trip to the beautiful city of New Orleans, LA for Formal. The weekend allows for ample time to explore what the city has to offer, while having organized formal events in the evenings.

The G.L.I.T

Every Spring, TEP hosts the Gary Lips Invitational Tournament, known as "the G.L.I.T," a fraternity-wide 3-on-3 basketball tournament on our very own basketball court. The G.L.I.T spans a few days and nights, and is sure to draw a crowd made up of supporting friends and brothers of neighboring fraternities in Greek Park Circle.
